Please read the following terms as these will apply to any booking that you make with us. Any bookings for our services or facilities offered are deemed as contractual and this contract is between you ‘the customer’ and us ‘Camino’ and is subjected to the following terms and conditions…

Your Booking
All requests for rooms are not confirmed until we have received credit card details to confirm the reservation. These can be supplied either by calling on 01235 559669 or by email bb@camino-restaurant.com. Rooms will not be charged until you arrive, the card details are just for security.

Cancellations made outside 48 hours of the arrival date will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will be charged at the standard rate. No-show guests will also be charged at the full rate.

To make a cancellation, you will be required to call us on 01235 559669 or by emailing bb@camino-restaurant.com

Smoking / Damaged Rooms
Camino is completely non-smoking. This means that smoking is strictly prohibited in all our rooms and all our public areas. By agreeing to stay in Camino, you agree to refrain from smoking.

If you smoke anywhere within our establishment you will be breaching the law and you will be asked to leave immediately. In these circumstances, you will be required to pay for specialist cleaning, and to pay for the cost of the room until it is fit for sale as a non smoking environment’. We reserve the right to charge this amount from the payment card associated with your reservation. This also applies to any deliberate or malicious damages made to any part of the room or communal areas.

A full breakdown of these charges will be supplied upon request and we may report such behaviour to the Police as criminal damage.

Check In / Check Out
Guests can check into their rooms from 6.00pm on the first night of arrival unless previously agreed in advance. The latest time that guests can check in on the first night is 10.00pm unless agreed in advance. Any guests arriving after 10.30pm may not be able to gain access to the rooms and may be charged the full amount to the credit card supplied. Guests must vacate their rooms by 11.00pm on the final day of their stay.
